There is no manual for choosing the right Japanese teapot. The right teapot for you is the one that fits your lifestyle or simply feels right in your hands. Basically, premium green teas are enjoyed in small amounts with small cups. Therefore, small teapots will be good for fine quality teas. On the other hand, big teapots are often preferred for the teas brewed with hotter water and served in large amounts, like Hojicha or Genmaicha.
Of course, functionality is important for a teapot, even though the design is a huge factor in your sophisticated tea time. We introduce the well-designed Japanese teapots to satisfy your needs in design.

Shipping is free if the total price for each destination is more than 20,000Yen. EMS, Small package, or You-pack is shipped through Japan Post. These fixed rates are for one destination to the countries in our delivery area. We calculate each case to the countries out of our delivery area.
Taxes and Customs clearance fee
Customers are responsible for any taxes including import tax and any customs charges. When receiving the package, you will need to pay taxes and customs charges upon request by your country's regulation. You don't need to pay the custom clearance charge on Japanese domestic purchases.
Specification data (dimensions, weight etc.) for each item indicates only the average numbers. There might be slight differences among individual pieces.
Shapes and patterns of ceramic, wooden, and handmade wares are not exactly the same as shown on the pictures.
Some countries have restrictions regarding importing/exporting some items. Please be advised to know which items these are in order for your orders to be successfully delivered.
We observe compliance with regular shipping practice. We declare the package as one merchandise, corresponding with the actual purchase price.
To deliver your precious items safely… We securely and firmly pack each box with buffer materials.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We will usually ship on the next day after receipt of payment. It will take 3 to 4 days during busy periods.
At the moment, delivery could delay because of the novel coronavirus pandemic. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or customs clearance. Orders outside Japan Small parcel (Airmail)

The number of days only indicates the average time required for normal delivery and does not in any way guarantee the exact number of days required for delivery. The day when Everyone's Tea submits the package to the post office is not included. (e.g., "2" indicates that delivery will be on the day after next) Please note that the actual number of delivery days may differ from indicated days above if the article requires more time for customs clearance or the destination is in a remote area. If a delay or a cancellation occurs in a flight schedule, delivery may take longer.
Return and refund
If you want to return items, please contact us by email within 15 days of delivery. We will issue a refund after receiving the returned items. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for the return.
If you receive broken items shipped via EMS, please stop unpacking and keep the items and all packaging (box, filler and wrapping) and submit a "Damage Report" to the EMS carrier IMMEDIATELY. Then please contact us, and we will send the replacements. Without the Damage Report, we are not able to ship the replacement. We are not responsible for the breakage on the small package.
