Shipping is free if the total price for each destination is more than 20,000Yen.

This is for one destination in Japan.
We use You-pack through Japan Post.
Shipping is free if the total price for each destination is more than 20,000Yen.

Taxes
Customers are responsible for any taxes including import tax. You will need to pay taxes upon request by your country's regulation.
Customs clearance fee
Customers are responsible for any customs charges. You will need to pay the custom charge upon request by your country's regulation.
You don't need to pay the custom clearance charge on Japanese domestic purchases.

Specification data (dimensions, weight etc.) for each item indicates only the average numbers. There might be slight differences among individual pieces.

Shapes and patterns of ceramic, wooden, and handmade wares are not exactly the same as shown on the pictures.

To deliver your precious items safely…
We use double-layered cardboard boxes.
For small packages, we use cushioned envelopes.
We securely and firmly pack each box with buffer materials.

Delivery time

Our office is closing between Aug.12 to 16 for the summer holidays. Shipping for orders and replies to any inquiries during this period will be delayed until Aug. 17. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. For the orders we have in stock, we will usually ship the day after receipt of payment. It will take 3 to 4 days during busy periods. For orders which are out of stock, it will take about two weeks to three month for the entire order. In this case we will inform you by email how long it takes. Long delays are usually for handmade pieces. If you want installment delivery for the items in stock, we charge for partial delivery cost (1,500yen). We apologize for the inconvenience.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or customs clearance.

The average You-pack transit time is about 2-3 business days.
Orders outside Japan: Express Mail Service (EMS), Japan post

The average EMS transit time is about 2-6 business days to the countries in our delivery area

The number of days only indicates the average time required for normal delivery and does not in any way guarantee the exact number of days required for delivery. The day when Everyone's Tea submits EMS to the post office is not included. (e.g., "2" indicates that delivery will be on the day after next)
Please note that the actual number of delivery days may differ from indicated days above if the EMS article requires more time for customs clearance or the destination is in a remote area. If a delay or a cancellation occurs in a flight schedule, delivery may take longer.

Return and refund

If you want to return items, please contact us by email within 15 days of delivery. We will issue a refund after receiving the returned items. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for the return.

If you receive broken items, please stop unpacking and keep the items and all packaging (box, filler and wrapping) and submit a "Damage Report" to the EMS carrier immediately. Then please contact us, and we will send the replacements.
