Packing To deliver your precious items safely… We use double-layered cardboard boxes. For small packages, we use cushioned envelopes. We securely and firmly pack each box with buffer materials.  | Delivery timeShipping time Our office is closing between Aug.12 to 16 for the summer holidays. Shipping for orders and replies to any inquiries during this period will be delayed until Aug. 17. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. For the orders we have in stock, we will usually ship the day after receipt of payment. It will take 3 to 4 days during busy periods. For orders which are out of stock, it will take about two weeks to three month for the entire order. In this case we will inform you by email how long it takes. Long delays are usually for handmade pieces. If you want installment delivery for the items in stock, we charge for partial delivery cost (1,500yen). We apologize for the inconvenience. Transit time We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or customs clearance.
Please note that the actual number of delivery days may differ from indicated days above if the EMS article requires more time for customs clearance or the destination is in a remote area. If a delay or a cancellation occurs in a flight schedule, delivery may take longer. Return and refundIf you want to return items, please contact us by email within 15 days of delivery. We will issue a refund after receiving the returned items. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for the return.
